Is this a coastal real estate publication?
No. We cover coastal living, design, food, and outdoor practice — not real estate. We don't run property listings; we don't take referrals from real estate agents; we don't cover coastal property as an investment category.
Can I contribute?
Yes. We run a quarterly contributor intake. Submitting writers send three sample pieces and a pitch list; submitting photographers send portfolios. Above-industry rates for accepted contributions; long-term retainer relationships for contributors whose work fits our editorial voice.
Do you cover specific coastal regions?
We cover coastal living broadly — Atlantic, Pacific, Mediterranean, and adjacent regions worldwide — through editors and contributors based in those regions. We're not a regional publication; we're a global editorial practice with local depth.
